Express UPS Shipping is always FREE where ever you are on Planet. No minimum order requirements.

TRACKING CODE & DELIVERY TIME 
As soon as your jewel will be ready for shipping, I’ll send you the tracking code so you know where your order is every step of the way.

Your order needs four business days to get to you from the day of shipping.

 

Giardinoblu can provide real-time order status updates for your convenience. Simply log in to your account to track your order's progress or send us an email, we'll be glad to assist you.

Once Proof of Delivery is Confirmed: No Refunds Will Be Issued

When we can confirm that an order has been successfully delivered to the provided shipping address and a valid proof of delivery is available, our policy is firm: we do not offer refunds for the delivered products.

 

RETURN

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re really sorry about that.

However if your product doesn't include custom stones or any personalization you can return it within 28 days from the delivery date, here’s how:
STEP 1)Send an email to info@giardinoblu.com including:
• transaction number

• the product code you want to replace or you want a refund for
• You will return the item within 28 days from the reception (otherwise I will not be able to provide the return).


STEP 2) Then you can pack the jewel to return, making sure to use the same box you received it with. Those boxes must not be damaged.
The return shipping will be at your own expenses. 

 

**IMPORTANT:
• Filling the shipment documents, assign "bijoux sample return" as a description of what you will ship. 
• Assign the representative value of 5 euro as the value to your shipment. We have to send the shipment back to you if you assign a different amount.
The amount you paid your item should not be declared because it is a return sample, not a sale.

 

Giardinoblu will verify the integrity of shipping in order to arrange a refund (later in this chapter you will be able to choose the type of refund).
Unfortunately, I can’t provide the refund if the goods are damaged, or not perfectly intact, box included. The jewel must not have been worn.


You can choose two different types of "refund":
• Size change
You can ask for the change only for a different size of the same item.

If you choose this type of refund your new jewelry will be put in production in 3 business days from confirmation. You will be informed about delivery times as soon as possible.


• Money Transfer
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by GIARDINOBLU.COM.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days from the day of delivery and the jewel must not have been worn.
We can't replace your jewel with another with a different stone or design.

We can't refund orders made with specific stones, gemstones or crystals selected by the customer, or any custom jewel with personalization and modification. If you chose specific stones, gemstones or crystals and we use them to create your jewel/jewels, your order is not refundable.
Crystal Consultation is not refundable. Refund includes Unique Pieces or ready to ship items. 

In fact, as per Article 59, customized or tailor-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
