Focusing our attention on developing and celebrate just some kind of emotions like happiness, joy and removing other ones is part of the education for most of us.
“You should be happy!”
“You should be positive!!”
everybody say.
Of course, trusting in the future is essential for healthy living. However, emotions like fear, sadness, shame exist for a reason and pretending they don’t exist or classifying them as “negative” can be dangerous.
We learn to hide a vast category of emotions that we call negatives since we’re teenager to other people and also o ourself.
We’re not fun when we’re sad, or anger, people could avoid us because our smile looks not large enough!
Here's how we learn to lie to other people, and to us making that a habit.
We blind our inner eyes and put a piece of us in a cage.
It would seem a situation without a way out, but it’s not.

“Leaving out your negative emotions is the solution to solve your problems positively.”
Actually, it's quite the opposite.

Emotion is the first step to create your future. If you can't read and master your emotions properly other people decide for you and you build a life that you don't want.
This can cause depression, emotional disorder, and sadness for example.
The genius inside all of our emotions is the most intelligent and sophisticated system. It tells you what works and what’s not, instantly.
It says you when you can breathe openly and relax your shoulders, when you must contract your muscles and go like a runaway train and everything in between.
Learning to listen to it puts you hundreds of miles forward many others people and gives you the ability to make better decisions and live a fulfilled live.
Myth Number TWO:
“Negative emotions are bad”
The truth is that most of the people are lazy!
That’s the reason many of them don’t like sadness, anger or depression. They know all these emotions are a call to action.
You have to use them to create what you want.
They require attention and commitment, that's why people use to pretend they don't exist, so they don't need to work!
However, that they give up their happiness doing that in the long run.

• Emotions come in group, cluster or swarm anytime for everyone, be conscious about that means that your vocation as an "emotional listener" is huge. This is the first step to use your emotion proactively to create your future.
